祛风润肺法联合穴位贴敷对感冒后咳嗽患者T淋巴细胞亚群及C反应蛋白的影响

Effcet of Qufeng Runfei Recipe Combined Acupoint Apptication on Levels of T-lymphocyte Subset and CRP of Paients with Postinfections Cough

目的探讨祛风润肺法联合穴位贴敷对感冒后咳嗽治疗效果及T淋巴细胞亚群、C反应蛋白的影响。方法将76例感冒后咳嗽患者随机分为祛风润肺法联合穴位贴敷组(治疗组)与西药治疗组(对照组);分别于治疗前后观察咳嗽、咯痰积分,测定T淋巴细胞亚群CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8比值及C反应蛋白,并比较两组治疗后总体疗效。结果治疗后治疗组咳嗽、咯痰评分显著下降,CD3、CD4较治疗前上升,CD8减低,CD4/CD8比值升高,C反应蛋白两组治疗后均降低;两组总体治疗效果分别为92.5%、91.7%。结论祛风润肺法联合穴位贴敷对感冒后咳嗽症状改善显著,其作用机理与调节机体免疫功能及抑制气道炎症反应有关。

Objective： To explore the T - lymphocyte subset and C reactive protein（CRP） levels of patients with postinfections cough treated by Qufeng Runfei Recipe combined acupoint apptication. Methods： A total of 76 patients postinfections cough were randomly divided into two groups. 40 cases in TCM group accepted Qufeng Runfei Recipe combined acupoint apptication. 36 cases in the western medicine group accepted western medicine treatment only. The CRP, T- lymphocyte levels （CD3,CD4,CD8 and CD4/CD8） and symptom scores were obersed before and after treatment. Results：The levels of CD3, CD4, CD4/CD8 were significantly increased. The levels of CD8 and the symptom scores of cough and expectoration decreased at the end of treatment in TCM group. The CRP decreased in both groups. Conclusion： Qufeng Runfei Recipe combined acupoint apptication treatment can significantly improve the symptoms and adjust immunity function of the patients with postinfections cough.
