益寿还童丹保肝作用的实验研究

The Effect of Yishouhuantong Pellet on the Liver in Mice

目的研究益寿还童丹对肝脏的保护作用。方法将小鼠随机分为正常对照组、益寿还童丹组、还精煎组、西洋参蜂王浆组、人参蜂王浆组;分别灌胃给药后观察戊巴比妥对各组小鼠催眠作用以及四氯化碳所致小鼠肝损伤的影响。结果益寿还童丹能明显减轻戊巴比妥的催眠作用,降低四氯化碳对肝脏的损伤。结论益寿还童丹有明显的保护肝脏作用。

Objective： To observe the effect of Yishouhuantong Pellet on the liver in rats. Methods： The mice were randomly divided into normal group. Yishouhuantong group, Huanjingjian group, american - ginseng royal - jelly group and ginseng royal-jelly group. The rats were treated with different drugs. The effect of barbitone on the hypnosis and harmness induced by CCl4 on the liver were observed. Results： The Yishouhuantong Pellet could decrease the hypnosis induced by barbitone and alleviate the harmness of CCl4 on the liver. Conclusion： The Yishouhuantong Pellet has obvious effect on protecting the liver.
