摘要
安全饮水和环境卫生状况是反映人类生存环境的重要指标之一。为了解我国90年代中期安全饮水人口覆盖率及卫生厕所人口覆盖率的现状,为2000年达标提供数据依据,并为今后5年的工作起到一定的指导作用,我们以1990年数据为基期,1995年数据为中期,对全国29个省、自治区、直辖市的安全饮水与环境卫生数据进行了统计分析。资料表明,自1990年到1995年的5年中,我国安全饮水人口覆盖率从73.1%提高到83.91%,有13个省、自治区、直辖市已达到2000年要求的目标;卫生厕所人口覆盖率从17.29%上升到31.23%,距2000年的目标还有相当大的距离,所以提高我国卫生厕所人口覆盖率是今后5年艰巨而迫切的任务。
The safe drinking water and environmental sanitation are one of important marks reflected human survival environment- We analyzed statistically the data of safe drinking water and environmental sanitation in 29 provinces (autonomous region and municipality) on the basis of the data of 1990 and 1995, in order to know the actuality of safe drinking water and sanitary latrine coverage of the population in the mid-nineties in China, and provide the data basis for achievement of the goals by year of 2000. The data showed the safe drinking water increased from 73. 1 per cent to 83. 91 per cent of the population during 1990-1995 in China- the coverage of safe drinking water achieved the goals for 2000 in 13 of 29 proveinces, autonomous region and municipality. From 1990 to 1995, although the sanitary latrine coverage of the population increased from 17. 29 per cent to 31. 23 per cent, there is a long distance for the goals of 2000. Increasing sanitary latrine coverage is a instant task in future 5 years.
