摘要
采用毛细管气相色谱电子捕获检测器,以尼群地平为内标物质,对人血清中非洛地平的测定方法进行了初步的研究。实验结果,样品与内标的峰高比(Hs/Hi)同样品浓度间线性良好,线性范围0.5~40ng·ml-1,回归方程C=7.576Hs/Hi-0.0432,r=0.9989。最低检测限0.4ng·ml-1(信噪比3∶1);精密度试验,日内误差RSD<6.3%,日间误差RSD<7.5%;方法平均回收率为80.4%。结果显示,本法适于血清中非洛地平原形药物的测定。
capillary gas chromatography method was established for the determination of felodipine in human serum with electron capture detection, and nitrendipine as internal standard. The method was linear within the range of 0.5 ~40ng·ml. The average recovery was 80.4% and RSD of inter dday and intra day was 4.5% and 4.6% . This method provids good separation efficiency and high sensibility.It is suitable for the determination of felodipine.
