骨盆骨折合并尿道断裂患者的系统化整体护理

The systematics whole nursing of pelvic fracture combination with urethra canal break patient

目的探讨骨盆骨折合并尿道断裂患者的护理问题和措施。方法通过总结和分析寻找骨盆骨折合并尿道断裂患者的主要护理问题，并给予系统化整体护理。结果46例骨盆骨折合并尿道断裂患者治愈率达97．8％，无1例发生护理并发症。结论系统化整体护理措施能让长时间卧床的骨盆骨折合并尿道断裂患者获得舒适的护理。

Objective To explore the nursing problems and measures for patients with pelvic fracture and urethral rupture. Methods Summarize and analyze the main nursing problems of 46 patients with pelvic fracture and urethral rupture. Results The curing rate of pelvic fracture and urethral rupture was 97. 8% in 46 patients, and no nursing complications occurred. Conclusion A systematical holistic nursing care can make the patients in bed with pelvic fracture and urethral rupture get more comfortable nursing care and it is also the base of curing the patients.
