生茶油预防放射性皮肤损伤效果分析

The effect analysis of tea oil preventing radioactivity skin damage

目的分析生茶油对预防放射性皮肤损伤的效果。方法将94例放疗肿瘤病人，随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组病人放疗当天开始分别于放疗前后用温水清洗放射野皮肤，再用温茶水（38～40℃）冲洗1次，30—60min用消毒棉签各外涂生茶油1次；对照组病人放射野皮肤按照常规护理，仅放疗前后用温水清洗皮肤。结果两组病人放射野皮肤损伤程度经统计学处理P〈0．05，差异有统计学意义。结论生茶油能有效预防放射性皮肤损伤，提高病人的生活质量，减轻病人的痛苦，保证放疗的顺利进行。

Objective To analysis the tea oil to radioactivity skin damage prevention effect. Methods 94 examples radiation treatment patients stochastically divided into the observation group and the control group. The observation group, using the lukewarm water to clean radioactivity skin before and after radiation treatment, then use warm tea （38 ℃ -40 ℃） flushing, then spreads tea oil once arround skin after 30-60 minutes. The control group, only use the lukewarm water to clean skin according to routine nurse. Results The tea oil have the action of preventing radioactivity skin damage , the difference of two groups is significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion The tea oil can effectively prevent radioactviity skin damage, increasing life quality of patients , easing pain of patients, and smoothly carring on radiation treatment.
