摘要
为了降低预处理脱磷渣(%:40CaO、52Fe_2O_3、6~8CaF_2)中CaF_2含量,分别用2%~8%Al_2O_3、B_2O_3、Li_2O和白云石替代预处理脱磷渣中CaF_2,研究替代后脱磷效果。在1450℃的实验结果表明,Al_2O_3、B_2O_3、Li_2O和白云石都能替代CaF_2,形成低氟或无氟预处理渣。Al_2O_3和Li_2O替代CaF_2后预处理脱磷率提高,而B_2O_3和白云石替代前后预处理效果相当。
In order to decrease the CaF2 content in dephosphorization slag (40CaO, 52Fe2O3 , 6 - 8CaF2 ) for hot metal pretreatment, the CaF2 in pretreatment dephosphorization slag was replaced respectively by 2% - 8% Al2O3 , B2O3, Li2O and dolomite to study dephosphorization effect after replace. Test results at 1 450 ℃ showed that Al2O3 , B2O3, Li2O and dolomite might be used instead of CaF2 to form low fluoride or free fluoride slag for hot metal prctreatment. With replacing CaF2 by Al2O3 or Li2O, the dephosphorization effect of pretreatment of slag improved and with replacing CaF2 by B2O3 or dolomite the dephosphorization effect of slag was about equal to that of fluoride slag.
