金属离子掺杂TiO_2薄膜光催化去除气相中甲醛 被引量:12

摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法在普通玻璃表面制备TiO2,Fe3+/TiO2,La3+/TiO2三种光催化剂,研究了煅烧温度、煅烧时间、涂膜层数、Fe3+和La3+加入量等因素对光催化剂降解气相甲醛的影响。结果表明,La3+/TiO2光催化性能略好于TiO2,Fe3+/TiO2光催化性能最佳。当掺Fe3+的TiO2催化剂煅烧温度为450℃,煅烧时间为2h,Fe:T(imol)=0.3%,涂覆层数为4层,光催化反应3h,实验封闭体系中甲醛的降解率可达49.24%。 TiO2, Fe^3+/TiO2 and La^3+/TiO2 thin films were prepared on popular glass slide by sol gel process. The effects of calcining temperature, calcining time, layer of coating, doping contents of Fe^3+ and La^3+ on photocatalysis of TiO2 were studied. Results indicated that property of La^3+/TiO2 was better than TiO2 and Fe^3+TiO2 showed the best photocatalytic performance for decomposition of formaldehyde in air phase. When calcining temperature was 450℃, calcining time was 2h, Fe : Ti (mol) was 0.3%, layers of coating was 4 and time of catalytic reaction was 3h, degradation efficiency of formaldehyde was up to 49.24% in a closed system.
