摘要
以轻质陶块为填料,探讨了生物膜填料塔净化处理高浓度甲醛的生物降解性能及操作条件改变对净化效果的影响.实验结果表明:废气中甲醛质量浓度在50~220mg/m^3范围时,生物膜填料塔对甲醛具有较强的降解能力,净化效率均在93%以上;当甲醛进口质量浓度为200mg/m^3左右时达到塔内生物膜中微生物群体对甲醛废气的最大生化降解能力.操作条件的改变对甲醛废气的净化效果有一定影响,实验生物膜填料塔在气体流量200L/h,循环液流量20L/h时有最佳净化性能.
The biodegradation of waste gases containing formaldehyde at high concentration and the influence of operation conditions on the efficiency were studied with a biotrickling filter using light caramic cake as filter material. The experimental results indicated that the biotrickling filter had higher formaldehyde removing ability and that the removal efficiency could be over 93% while the concentration of formaldehyde was between 50 to 220 mg/m^3, and the maximal biodegradation was obtained when the concentration was about 200 mg,/m^3. Other optimized parameters were gas flow at 200 L/h and the liquid flow at 20 L,/h.
