初中生时间管理倾向与学习适应性相关研究 被引量:7

摘要 为了探讨初中学生时间管理倾向与学习适应性之间的关系以提高学生学习适应能力,文章采用《青少年时间管理倾向量表》与《学习适应性测验》对重庆市4所中学的395名初中生进行问卷调查。结果表明,时间管理倾向存在显著的性别差异,女生高于男生;在学习适应性方面,除学习环境外其余均有显著性别差异,女生明显高于男生;时间管理倾向各维度及总分与学习适应性总分及各维度均呈显著正相关。分别以学习适应性总分及各维度为因变量,以时间管理倾向各维度为自变量进行逐步回归分析,结果显示,除时间价值感外,时间监控观与时间效能感均对学习适应性具有显著预测作用。 The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between time management disposition and the learning adaptability of junior school students. We measured 395 students, including 192 boys and 203 gilrs, in four Chongqing secondary schools by means of " time management disposition scale" and "the learning adaptability test" . The final results show that : 1 ) The time management disposition has significant sexual differences. The scores of girls are obviously higher than boys'. 2)In adaptive learning test, except the learning environment, the other factors such as learning attitude, learning technology, physical and mental health all existed significant sexual difference, which girls are obviously higher than boys. 3 ) The time management disposition is obviously correlated with the learning adaptability in totality and each dimension. 4) In the further regression analysis, the score of learning adaptability and each dimension is the dependent variable, and each dimension of the time management is independent variable. The result shows that except the time value, the time supervision and time effect influence have the significant regression effects on learning adaptability. We can come to a conclusion that there is significant forecasting effect on learning adaptability through time management disposition.
