摘要
详细论述了客运专线高性能、耐久性混凝土配合比的设计原理与方法,并特别针对远运距、大体积箱梁混凝土施工的特点,从原材料质量、水泥与外加剂适应性、坍落度、坍落度损失等方面的控制,结合石太客运专线现浇箱梁的施工,阐述了高性能混凝土的施工控制重点。
This paper discusses the design principles and methods of mix proportion of the high performance and endurance concrete of passengers-dedicated lines. Particularly, considering the features of the concrete construction of the far-distance transportation and mass bulk box beam, it controls the construction process from the aspects of the quality of raw materials, the suitability of cement and admixture, the slump and its loss, together with the construction of cast-in-situ box beam of Shijiazhuang-Taiyuan passengers-dedicated lines, and discusses key points of the construction control of high performance concrete.
