针对公路养护工程项目成本管理的重要性,分别从人员意识、核算基础、控制措施、目标管理、监督机制等方面进行了分析和探讨,以实现项目成本管理的预期效果,从而使企业在市场竞争中立于不败之地。
In view of the importance of project cost management to highway maintenance works, from the consciousness of personnel, accounting base, control measure, objective management, supervision system and other aspects project cost management is analyzed and discussed in order to realize anticipated effect in project co,st management and make enterprises survival in intense market competition.
