摘要
阐述了相对于钢筋混凝土或砖混住宅建筑,钢结构住宅建筑具有很多优良特点,符合我国国民经济可持续发展的要求,通过分析目前我国钢结构住宅发展存在的一些问题,并展望发展方向,使其对建筑业的可持续发展具有一定的借鉴意义。
It illustrates the steel residential architecture has many advantages, compared with reinforced concrete or brick and concrete residential building, which is in line with the requirements of the sustainable development of our national economy. Through the analysis of the problems existing in the present steel-structure residential building development, and makes a prospect of its developing direction, which can be referred to the sustainable development of architecture.
