Aiming at the features of the layer of some large-scale water storage tank and combining with the experiences of the foundation and basement treatment, the paper selects a reasonable design scheme, surveys its design points and furthermore illustrates it designs steps. It is proved that the foundation and the basement construction are qualified to be used with careful construction checks.
