摘要
手术治疗２０例距骨骨折脱位，并对其有关问题加以讨论，作者认为选择适当的手术时机和手术方法对其预后有着重要的影响，并可降低距骨坏死的发生率。
20 cases of operative treatment of talar fractures and dislocations were reported. The authors deem the proper operative methods and time can be an aid for their prognosis, and can reduce the occurring rate of talar necrosis.
