摘要
分析了绩效工资与人力资源成本的关系以及绩效工资在建立公平薪酬体系中的激励功能,指出人力资源成本管理和公平绩效工资的实施是高校人力资源管理的关键,并对高校实施绩效工资进行了博弈分析,认为现阶段高校仍需进一步健全激励与约束机制。
This paper analyzes the relationship between merit pay and the cost of human resources. It also analyzes the impelling function of the merit pay in the fair salary system. It points out that the key point of university human resources management is the management of the cost of human resources and fair merit pay, and makes a game analysis of applying performance-based pay system in colleyes and the author thinks that colleges need to complete stimulating and restricting system at present.
