摘要
通过对实际工程的监督管理,从施工前、施工中、竣工后三个方面总结了几点监督管理经验,提出了监督工作中应注意的原则和监督方法改进要注意的事项,以达到工程质量满足规范要求的目的。
Through supervisory on the practical engineering, several supervisory experiences were generalized from before construction, construction processing and completion. The principles should be noticed in supervisory works and attentions after supervisory method improvement were proposed, so as to reach the goal that the engineering quality satisfied standard requirement.
