By combining with the characteristics ot the construction projects, the paper points out the management ot the project costs snould be implemented through the whole process of the project construction, explores the management on the project costs at the project decisionmaking stage, the design stage, the bidding stage and the construction stage, and points out some actual cost management measures, so as to improve the investment benefits for the construction assets.
