鉴于城镇地籍信息具有时间特性而传统GIS缺少时间变化描述的特点,根据地籍信息的变化特征,建立地籍时空数据结构和拓扑关系模型,解决了层次结构数据的操作问题,从而实现历史、现时和预测未来信息的可比性,实现地籍的动态变更。

According to the characteristics that the cadastral information has the time characteristic, while the traditional GIS is lack of the description of the time variation, the paper builds the spatiotemporal data structttre of the cadastral and the topological modal based on the variation characteristics of the cadastral information, solves the problems of the operation of the hierarchical structure data, to realize the comparability of the history, the reality and the future information and the dynamic change of the cadastral.
