摘要
文献检索贯穿于生物学科研项目研究的始终,对项目的立项、跟进以及评判具有不可忽视的重要作用。PubMed是生物科学研究者获取全面和第一手科研资料的重要来源。开源的R语言在生物学特别是生物信息学领域获得了越来越广泛的应用,有趋势成为生物科学研究者不可或缺的计算和编程工具。本文利用R语言编写程序,实现了从浩如烟海的Pubmed数据库中检索资源、实现及时更新,并对其中宝贵的免费全文资源进行自动下载和管理等功能。
Querying databases to search references play important role in the process of biology study which involve project establishment, progress and the final evaluation. Pumbed is extensively used by researchers to fetch comprehensive and first-hand resources. The open-source R language get it＇s applications in biology especially in bioinformatics studies and become important programming and data-mining tools. Here we use R language to devise tools which fulfill querying Pubmed database, extracting article information, downloading PDF formatted full text, tidying up and managing reference automatically and efficiently.
