随着知识经济时代的来临,知识转移越来越受重视。图书馆作为知识的集散地,在知识转移中起着重要作用。而数据挖掘这种新技术是为了解决当前"信息丰富而知识贫乏"的问题而出现的。文献型数据库是图书馆中使用频率最高的知识资源之一。对文献型数据库进行数据挖掘有助于促进图书馆知识转移。文献计量学指标有助于推广文献型数据库数据挖掘。图书馆工作人员应与科研人员形成合作关系,共同促进知识发现和转移。

With the development of knowledge-based economy, Knowledge transfer obtained more and more attention. As one of the best sources providing knowledge, library plays an important role in knowledge transfer. A new technology, data mining, has been produced to solve the problem about abundance information but poverty of knowledge. Bibliographic database is one of the knowledge resources used most frequently. Bibliographic database mining can contribute to library knowledge transfer .
