摘要
基于虚拟式超声波无损探伤设备,介绍了该仪器设备的前端电路设计与实现,主要包括:用于激励超声波探头的脉冲发射电路,高增益的超声波接收电路,以及隔离、滤波等相关的信号调理电路。在前端电路的设计实现中,以AT89C52单片机为控制核心,实现对信号发射与接收的控制。这些电路采用模块化的设计思想和成熟的技术,电路功能强、易于实现,并具有广泛的应用价值。实验结果表明,这些电路性能稳定可靠,使用效果良好。
This paper introduces the design and imlementation of front circuit in virtual ultrasonic nondestructive flaw detection system. This front circuit mainly includs pulse transmission circuit which is used to impel the ultrasonic transducer, the high gain receiving circuit of ultrasonic echo signals, the isolation circuit and the filter circuit for signal adjustment. AT89C52 microcomputer is used as its core and controlled signal trasmitter and receiver. Owing to adopt the modular design method and mature technology,the circuit is powerful in ruction and easy to realize and has extensive value in use. The tesuhs show that the effect is excellent and performance is stable.
