摘要
临床资料完整并经病理证实的骨嗜酸性肉芽肿 19例 ,其中单发者 15例 ,多发者 4例。病灶刮除植骨 11例 ,脊柱病变前入路病灶清除植骨 4例 ,后入路病灶清除植骨 1例 ,放疗、化疗等综合性治疗 4例 ,所有病人获得随访 1～ 10年 (平均 4 .5年 ) ,病变均顺利愈合。文中同时对其诊断和治疗进行了讨论。
Diagnosis and treatment of 19 cases eosinophilic granuloma of bone were discussed.Of them 15 cases were solitary and 4 cases were mutiple. Curettage and bone grafting were done in 11 cases and radiotherapy and (or ) chemtherapy were performed in 4 cases .All the patients were recovered through these therapeutic measures.
