美施康定直肠给药治疗癌性疼痛30例

An Observation of Therapeautic Effect of Controlled Release Morphine Sulf ate(MS Contin )Administered Via Rectum in Patients With Cancer Pain

本文观察硫酸吗啡控释片 (美施康定 ) ,经直肠给药治疗终末期癌症患者疼痛的效果。 30例此类患者 ,接受直肠给药后 ,疼痛都得到持续性控制 6～ 18小时 ,所有病例没有任何局部或全身性副反应发生。作者认为 :在终末期癌症病人中 ,美施康定直肠给药是安全、有效、简单地控制疼痛的方法。

An observation was made by the pain relieving effect of morphine sulfate controlled-release tablets(MS Contin) given by rectal route to 30 advanced cancer patients in their final stage. The finding indicated that the cancer pain all the patients was effectively controlled for 6～18 hours by the medication without any significant that MS Contin, while easy to be administered rectally, is safe and effective for the pain fortured cancer patients of the most advanced stage.
