摘要
目的建立柴黄颗粒中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法采用Alltima C18(5μm,150mm×4.6mm)色谱柱;流动相为甲醇-0.3%磷酸溶液(50:50);检测波长为280nm。结果黄芩苷峰与其他杂质峰分离良好,在0.3302-0.7706雌范围内,黄芩苷线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率为101.05%(n=2)RSD=1.39%。结论该方法简便易行,准确度高,重现性好,可用于柴黄颗粒的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method to determination of the contents of Baicalin in Chaihuang Granules. Method Alltima C18 (5 μm, 150 mm ×4. 6 mm) was used with the mobile phase consisting of Methanol -0.3% HaPO4 (50:50 ), the detection wavelength was at 280 nm. Result The linear range of Baiealin was in the range of 0. 3302 - 0. 7706 μg, r = 0. 9998, the average recovery as 101.05 %, RSD = 1.39% ( n =9). Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and credible. It can be used for the quality control of Chaihuang Granules.
