Application of Ecospace Model in Evaluating Marine Protected Areas

设立海洋保护区(MPAs)是一种限制海洋资源开发程度、保护海洋资源和改善海洋环境的有效管理工具。建模研究在MPAs效益评估和MPAs设计上具有重要作用。根据近年来国际上有关MPAs建模研究进展,本文重点阐述Ecospace模型的建模原理、步骤及其在MPAs效益评估中的应用,并说明了其存在的问题和发展趋势。

Establishment of MPAs is an effective way to directly restrict the exploitation rate of marine resources and to improve marine environment. Modeling is playing an active role on estimating the impact of MPAs, especially for the MPAs design. According to the results of study in recent years, the theory, process, comparisons with other models and its application of Ecospace model are discussed.
