摘要
为提高渔业机械产品的设计与建造工艺水平,设计开发了面向渔业机械CAD/CAPP集成系统。该系统以TopCAD为二次开发平台,利用TopCAD强大的参数化功能和数据库查询功能,按照成组技术理论构造了渔业机械全局参数化CAD系统和全局参数化CAPP系统,通过共享统一的全局参数数据实现渔业机械CAD/CAPP的系统集成;并在渔船绞纲机产品开发中进行了实用性验证。
Fishery machinery oriented CAD/CAPP integration system is designed and developed to improve the designing and manufacturing technology level of fishery machinery products. The system utilizes marvelous parametric function and database query function of TopCAD to construct global parametric CAD subsystem and CAPP subsystem of fishery machinery with group technology on the basis of TopCAD. The system integration is achieved by sharing the universal global parametric data, which is also testified about its practicability with winches on fishing vessels.
