摘要
以煤基甲醇/二甲醚来生产烯烃和丙烯是缓解石油进口的一个重要技术路线,但要排放大量的CO2,而目前我国风力发电得到迅速发展,风电的消化利用是个难题。创造性地提出了风电与煤基甲醇生产的集成系统,利用非并网风电电解水产生O2和H2,O2作为气化介质送入气化炉,H2作为部分甲醇原料气与气化炉生产的富碳合成气掺混,将H2/CO调整至甲醇生产的合适比例。该系统可以省略昂贵且高能耗的空分装置,并有效降低CO2排放。认为本系统切合我国能源发展现状,可以结合煤资源和风力资源的各自特点,具有重要的现实和战略意义。
The integrated system of wind power with coal--based methanol/DME production proposed in this paper uses off--grid wind power to electrolyze water to produce H2 and O2. The O2 is fed to the gasifier instead of the expensive and energy--consuming ASU. The H2 is mixed with the CO--rich gas to adjust the H2/CO to a ratio appropriate for methanol synthesis, greatly reducing the water gas shift process. Most of the element carbon in the coal "goes" to the product methanol, the methanol yield could nearly be doubled and mitigation of CO2 emission is significant. This system meets the status and characteristics of China energy system, and has the realistic and strategic meaning for China.
