西部资源依赖型地区工业反哺农业长效机制研究——以兰坪县为例

Analysis on Long-term Mechanism for Industry Nurturing Agriculture in Resource-dependent Region——As an Example to Lanping County

随着科学发展观的提出和社会主义新农村建设的推进,"三农"问题成为国家首要解决的问题。文章通过对兰坪县的分析研究,得出的结论是:在现阶段实施工业反哺农业、城市带动乡村的发展战略中,应着重从相关的制度创新出发,建立工业反哺农业、城市带动乡村的长效机制。

With the scientific concept of development proposed and the new socialist countryside building, three agricultural issues of China （agriculture, rural areas and farmers） is becoming the most important problem for us. By analysis on Lanping County, this article believed basic concept about the system innovation is that in order to realize the strategy, it should to carry on the system innovation, guide the city and countryside industry reasonable coordinated development.
