村镇银行作为支持地方经济发展的新兴力量,旨在培育健康、多元的竞争性农村金融市场体系,有效增强对农户、农村、农业的金融服务。文章分析村镇银行发展状况及存在的主要问题,并提出相应对策。
As a new rising power for supporting the regional economy, the village bank is aimed at building a healthy, pluralistic competitive rural financial market system, in order to enhance the financial service for farmers, countryside and the agriculture. The author analyzed the developing situation and main problems in the operation of village banks and then presented relevant tactics.
