摘要
①目的探讨紫外线辐照血液疗法治疗缺血性脑血管病的最佳辐照剂量。②方法利用光化学脑梗塞家兔模型,观察治疗后家兔全血粘度高切变、血浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量和脑梗塞缺血性病灶面积的变化。③结果紫外线(253.7nm)辐照剂量为245.38~272.64J/m2时,实验家兔的全血粘度高切变和MDA含量明显降低(F=3.53,3.91,P<0.05),SOD活性显著升高(F=5.46,P<0.05);脑梗塞缺血性病灶的面积明显缩小(F=3.67,P<0.05)。④结论该疗法的最佳辐照剂量为245.38~272.
Objective To expolre the best irradiation dosage of ultraviolet irradiation therapy on ischemic cerebrovascular diseases. Methods With 25 animal models of photochemical cerebral infarction of rabbits, the hemorrheology, serum activity of superoxide dismutase, serum concentration of MDA and cerebral infarction area were determined in 25 photochemical cerebral infarction rabbit models after ultraviolet irradiation therapy(the wave length 253.7nm). Results When the irradiation dosages were 245.38~ 272.64 J/m 2, the high shear of whole blood viscosity and MDA content were decreased( F=3.53,3.91, P <0.05); The activity of superoxide dismutase in plasma was increased( F=5.46, P <0.05); The area of cerebral infarction shrinks significantly( F= 3.67, P <0.05). Conclusion The best irradiation dosage of the ultraviolet irradiation therapy were 245.38~272.64J/m 2.
