美国多元招生制度在我国实行的文化瓶颈探析

高考招生向来是教育体系的一个重要环节,它反映了大学选才的标准,是基础教育的"指挥棒"。从文化的视角分析,美国实行的多元招生制度是与美国的教育分权制度分不开的。我国的高考招生改革在借鉴美国的多元招生体制时一定要考虑中国的文化传统,处理好身份取向的"人情味"与契约取向的相对冷漠、学而优则仕的惟一取向与实用主义的多元取向、道德诚信与法律约束等等的矛盾和冲突。
