摘要
高等教育的大众化,有力地提高了我国劳动力的知识水平和综合素质,但随之而来的大学生就业难题也日益凸显,导致毕业生就业心理多样化,使毕业生就业时出现焦虑、从众、攀比、依赖、抑郁等心理现象,非常不利于大学生就业,因此有必要加强对毕业生就业心理问题进行分析,找出成因,进行疏导,使之具备过硬的心理素质,勇于面对社会竞争,以适应社会发展需求。
The popularization of higher education has improved the knowledge level and integrated qualities of the workforce of our country effectively, but the following difficult problem of university student employment looms large increasingly, this cause the diversification of graduate employment psychology, such as anxiety, confusion, competition, Dependence, depression etc. which is not conducive to college students employment. So there is a need for us and which are also our responsibilities to strengthen psychological analysis to identify causes and to make them have a strong heart to help them meet the requirements of society.
