职业核心能力是关乎学生的就业和职业生涯发展。依据职业核心能力培养的职业活动导向特性,结合汕头大学工学院EIP-CDIO素质拓展训练营的实践,探讨如何通过会议与沟通体验、领导才能拓展、心灵成长训练等游戏提高学生的职业核心能力。

The vocational core ability connects closely with the students＇employment and the career development. Linking with the career-oriented character of developing the ability of functioning as a core in the job, taking the EIP-CDIO training Camp of Engineering college in Shantou University as an Example, this thesis discusses how to improve the vocational core ability by conference, experience of communication, developing the capability of leading, and the game of spiritual grouth training.
