摘要
运用UG实现了290000吨VLCC锚系三维模型的虚拟设计和虚拟装配,并利用UG的motion模块对锚系起锚运动和锚-锚唇贴合状态进行了计算机仿真试验研究.实践表明,此项技术可以代替制作木模进行模拟拉锚确定设计方案的方法,提前预示实际安装时贴合不合理的情况出现,具有节省成本、减少工期、便于修改设计的优点,是值得在船舶行业推广使用的技术.
In this paper, it realizes the virtual design and assembly of the 3D model of the moorings of the 290, 000-ton VLCC by using UG. By using the motion module, the simulation testing research of the weighing anchor motion and the state of the anchor fitting the outside ring of hawse pipe. Weighing anchor test, which determines design project and uses wooden model can be replaced by this technology, and the unreasonable state of the anchor fitting the outside ring of hawse pipe can be predicted in advance using this technology, and using this technology, project period can be reduced, and design project can be modified easily, and cost can be saved, which deserve to be spread in the ship industry.
