摘要
对4只绿头鸭线粒体12S RNA基因进行了测定和分析。结果显示:4只绿头鸭125 rRNA基因序列完全一致,其全长为9SSbp。碱基A、G、T、C含量分别为31.47%、21.12%、19.09%和28.32%。以白额雁和潜鸭为外群,分别用邻近法和最小进化法构建了系统进化树,结果表明:绿头鸭与斑嘴鸭和北京鸭关系密切,三者共享1个单倍型,它们之间可能存在较为广泛的基因交流。除此之外,绿头鸭与绿翅鸭关系较近,与琵嘴鸭关系较远,罗纹鸭与赤颈鸭关系较近,河鸭属与潜鸭属的亲缘关系要近于与雁属的亲缘关系。
Complete sequence of mitochondrial 12S rRNA gene of 4 mallards was determined. The results showed that sequences of 12S rRNA gene in these 4 mallards were the same, its length was 985bp, the nucleotide content of A, G, T and C was 31.47%,21.12%, 19.09% and 28.32%respectively. The molecular phylogenetic trees were constructed by using Neighbor-Joining and minimum evolution method. The result indicated that the phylogenetic relationship of mallard, spot-billed duck and Beijing duck were osculation, they shared a haplotype, and they maybe occured a great deal gene flows. Except them, the mallard had closer relationship to common teal, and further to shoveller. The falcated duck had closer relationship to wigeon. The phylogenetic relationship of the Arias and the Aythya was closer than that of the Anas and the Anser.
