摘要 2008年4-6月,对在自然水域捕捞的塔里木河流域叶尔羌高原鳅进行了人工繁殖试验。选取每尾体重20~30的亲鱼。用DOM+LRH-A2(马来酸地欧酮)催产剂进行催产,在21±1℃的水温下,经过效应时间为16h,产出卵约5000粒,并且在流水中进行了人工孵化,受精率为86.42%,85h出膜,121h仔鱼平游,孵化率为49.10%。 In 2008, April - June, to research Artificial propagation the Triplophysa (Hedinichthys) yarkandensis (Day) about Tarim River of drainage basin. The mixture of DOM and LRH-A2 were injected into the fish. Effective time was 1611 at 21 3= 1℃ and the average induction was about 5 000 eggs. In fluent water, the fertilization rate was up to 86.42%,the time of embryonic developmen twas 8511 and the newly hatched larva started to swim in 121h,the average hatching rate was 49.10%.
