摘要 通过5种不同碳、氮营养源对香菇的培养研究,筛选出最佳碳源为麦芽糖,最佳氮源为麸皮。在此基础上,采用正交试验进行菌种液体培养基最佳配方的筛选,确定最佳培养基配方为:麸皮100%、麦芽糖3%、MgSO_40.15%、KH_2PO_4 0.1%。该研究为香菇液体菌种的生产提供了理论依据。 Based on the studies of five different kinds of carbon and nitrogen nutritious sources, malt sugar was found the best carbon source; bran was selected as the best nitrogen source, subsequently, an orthogonal experiment was conducted to acquire the best formula of culture medium for liquid strain of mushroom, The results showed that the best medium contained 100% bran, 3% malt sugar, 0.15% MgSO4 and 0.1% KH2PO4. This research was for a theory basis for the production of liquid strain of mushroom.
