摘要
目的对分蘖葱头中总黄酮含量进行测定,为分蘖葱头质量评价提供依据。方法以芦丁为对照品,检测波长为360nm,采用紫外分光光度法测定分蘖葱头总黄酮的含量。结果总黄酮在5.946-29.73μg/mL范围有良好的线性关系(r=0.99995)。加样回收率为99.30%,RSD=1.39%。结论该方法简便、准确、灵敏度高、重现性好,可用于分蘖葱头总黄酮含量的测定。
Objective To determine the quantity of total flavonoids in the Allium cepa L. var. agrogatum Don, and to provide experimental evident for its quality control. Method UV spectrophotometer method was used for the identification and determination of total flavonoids. Resutts The standard curves of total flavonoids were linear in the range of 5.946-29.73μg/mL (r=0.9999 5). The average recoveries was 99.30%, RSD =1.39%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and is suitable for the determination of total flavonoids in Allium cepa L. var. agrogatum Don.
