摘要
采用溶液搅拌法制备甲砜霉素-羟丙基-β-环糊精(TAP-HP-β-CD)包合物,用X射线衍射法(XRD)、差示扫描量热法(DSC)和红外分光光度法(IR)对包合物进行鉴定,并用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)分别测定TAP在水中和包合物溶液中的溶解度.结果表明:甲砜霉素与羟丙基-β-环糊精能形成包合物,且能显著提高其溶解度.
Thiamphenicol-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex was prepared by the stirring method. At the same time, the inclusion complex was identified by X-ray diffraction ( XRD ) , differential scanning calorimetry ( DSC ) and infrared absorption spectroscopy(IR). The results indicate that the solubility of thiamphenieol are significantly increased when the drug is included by hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin.
