摘要
目的探讨微创手术切口在人工全髋关节置换中的应用。方法我院自2004年3月-2006年6月期间采用微创小切口及行人工全髋关节置换术60例,使用钛合金或钴铬钼假体。结果60例人工全髋关节置换手术平均时间75 min(68~132 min)、手术切口平均长6.5 cm(6~8 cm)、术中及术后出血260 ml(160~840 ml)。结论微创切口全髋关节置换术能减少组织损伤,缩短手术时间,减少术中出血,术中显露是一种改良的,值得推荐的方法。
Objective: To study and evaluate the application of total hip replacement with a small skin incision. Methods: From March,2004 to June 2006,60 cases hip joints were replaced by titanium alloy or cobalt, chromium and molybdenum artificial ones with small skin incision. Results : The average operation time of all 60 cases of total hip replacement was 75min (68 -132min) , the average incision length 6: 5cm (6 -8cm) , intraoperative and postoperative blood loss 260ml (160 -840ml). Conclusion: The total hip replacement through a small skin incision can have less tissue damage, less operation time and less operation blood loss. The operation method is an innovational and perfect and thus worthy of applying.
