摘要 对水鬼蕉(Hymenocallis littoralis(Jacq.)Rome)雄花小孢子和雄配子体的发生发育进行了观察.结果表明,花药由4个花粉囊组成,花粉囊包括表皮、药室内壁、1~2中层和绒毡层,腺质型绒毡层.水鬼蕉小孢子母细胞减数分裂后其胞质分裂为连续型,四分体呈左右对称型和正四面体型.成熟花粉粒3-细胞型,呈近圆形.小孢子发生和雄配子体发育过程中有败育现象,产生空粒花粉粒.导致空粒花粉的主要原因是绒毡层细胞延迟解体退化,不能及时提供小孢子正常发育的营养.小孢子母细胞的胼胝质壁极易破裂. The microsporogenesis and development of male gametophyte in (Jacq.) Rome were reported. The results showed that there were four microsparangia in the anther whose wall was composed of epidermis, endothecium, 1-2 middle layers and a glandular tapetum. The cytokinesis of microsporpcyte meiotic division was of successive type and the arrangment of microspore in a tetrads is symmetrical and tetrahedral. The mature pollen grains were 3-ceUed and spherical. There was abortive phenomenon during the microsporogenesis and development of male gametophyte, with empty pollen grains. The main reason for the abortive pollen grains was the postponement of tapotum' s disintegration and degeneration, which affected the supply of nutrition for microspore growth in time. The callose wall of microspore mother ceils was easily ruptured.
