摘要
根据工艺条件,进行焙烧炉电收尘下料螺旋输送机的设计计算,并设计关键部件的结构;尤其针对原有螺旋输送机存在的不足,进行轴头端座密封、下盖密封等关键部件的改进设计;同时应用有限元分析软件Pro/ME-CHANICA对螺旋体进行刚度及强度分析,为产品结构优化奠定基础。
According to the process condition, the article recommends the design calculation and structure design of screw conveyer for electric dust collector blanking in baking furnace, especially the key parts aiming at the deficiency in original screw conveyer, it modifies the seat seal on the axel end, lower cover seal and other key parts,meanwhile, applies the finite element analysis software Pro/MECHANICA to analyzes the stiffness and strength of the spiral body, establishes the foundation for product structure optimization.
