氧化铝用渣浆泵轴封的改进

摘要 分析氧化铝用渣浆泵轴封的特殊性以及使用中存在的可靠性差、寿命短等问题,根据氧化铝厂原料磨系统物料具有高温、高浓度、强磨蚀等特点,以及系统不允许泵腔进入外接冷却水的要求,介绍自行研制、在常规机械密封弹簧部件的结构基础上进行改进的渣浆泵用新型机械密封,保证了该工况下弹簧的功能和寿命,大大提高了机械密封的可靠性和寿命。 The article analyzes the particularity, poor reliability and short service time of shaft seal of slurry pump for alumina production, according to the material characteristics of high temperature, high concentration, strong abrasiveness in raw material mill in alumina plant, as well as the requirement of prohibition of circumscribed cooling water into pump chamber, introduces a new self developed mechanical seal for slurry pump on the basis of improvement on original mechanical seal spring components, ensures the function and service time of the spring under this working condition, enhances the reliability and service time of the mechanical seal greatly.
