摘要
观察了单脉冲低频率电刺激大鼠纹状体(CPu)和黑质网状部(SNR)注射P物质(SP,2.5μg/0.05μl),对丘脑腹内侧核(VM)自发放电频率的影响。结果是:(1)电刺激CPu使大多数VM神经元兴奋(16/18);(2)SNR注SP使大多数神经元抑制(15/19);(3)大多数神经元(11/15)对电刺激CPu表现兴奋的同时,对SNR注SP表现抑制。提示电刺激CPu触发了纹体—黑质GABA的释放,GABA与SP在黑质水平共同调节黑质—VMGABA通路,前者抑制,后者兴奋。
The effects of caudate putamen (CPu)monopulse low-frequency electrical stimulation and unilateral microinjection of substance P(SP,2.5μg/0.05μl)into the substantia nigra reticulata (SNR) on the spontaneons firings of the thalamic ventromedical(VM) cell in rat were observed.The findings are as follows:(1) CPu stimulations excited major VM cells(16/18).(2)intranigral SP inhibited major VM cells(15/19).(3)mojor VM cells(11/15)were not only excited by CPu stimulation but also inhibited by intranigral SP. The result indicates that SP and GABA together provides regulation for the nigrothalamic GABA projection to the VM,SP excitement whereas GABA inhibition.
