摘要
应用二维超声心动图对１４７例高血压患者进行左心功能检查并与３０例正常人比较，结果表明高血压患者左心收缩功能，左室舒张功能均发生改变，但以左室舒张功能障碍变化为主。左室舒张功能障碍可出现左房扩大，左室肥厚，但左室舒张末期内径不大的左心形态学变化特点。左室肥厚是造成左室舒张功能障碍的主要原因，左房扩大可做为左室舒张功能障碍的早期诊断指标。

The parameters of left ventricular structures and functions in 147 case of hypertensive patients compared with 30 normal subjects as controls were measured by echocardiography and pulsed Doppler.The results showed that left ventricular disturbance (LVDD)could be mainly in hypertensive patients,left ventricular systolic heart failure is also injured in a few of hypertensive patients.Left alrial enlargemenl and left venlricular hyperlrophy (LVH) were found in hypertensive patients with LVDD.LVH is a mainly cause of LVDD.Left atrial enlargement is a disgnosis sign of heart involvement in early stage of hypertension.
