摘要
目的:建立一种高效液相色谱法测定当归中阿魏酸的含量.方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为TIANHE C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇-水-冰醋酸(40:60:0.5)为流动相,流速为1mL/min,检测波长为320nm.结果:阿魏酸在0.036—0.216μg范围内,线形关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为101.4%(n=5),RSD为0.76%.结论:该方法测定阿魏酸含量简便、快捷、准确.
Objective:A high performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) method has been developed for determination of ferulic acid in radix angelica sinensis. Method:The ferulic acid was determined by HPLC. A 250 mm× 4.6 mm, TIANHE C18 column with mobile phase MeOH : H2O : CH3 COOH (40 : 60 : 0.5), at flow rate 1.00 mL·min^-1 and detection at wavelength of 320 nm. Result: The linear range of ferulic acid was in the ranges of 0. 036- 0. 216 ug, (r = 0. 9999), and the recovery was 101.4 % with RSD 0.76 % (n = 5). Conclusion : HPLC was a simple, fast and accurate method for ferulie acid analysis.
