基于新国际国内背景下的产业分工机理分析

Analysis on the Mechanism of Industrial Division under the New Background Home and Abroad

在新的国际、国内背景下,产业分工的经济体制和经济环境发生了巨大变化,即经济体制从计划经济向市场经济转型;经济环境从封闭经济向开放经济转型。基于这个双重转型过程的影响,本文从分工的生产要素、地区自身条件和环境影响条件等方面建立产业分工机理框架。资本、技术、劳动力等生产要素是产业分工的根本因素,地区自身条件和环境影响条件是产业分工影响因素,其中环境影响条件对产业分工作用更为明显。据此建立多元回归模型,分析江苏沿江地区产业分工形成原因。其结论为,地区自身条件相似是沿江地区产业趋同的客观基础,并在全球化、市场化环境条件影响下,易形成以外资为主导的市场性产业趋同,而政府地方保护主义会进一步加剧产业非合意趋同。

The economic system and environment of industrial division has been changed a lot： the plan economy has been changes into market economy, the closed economy has been changed into open economy. The mechanism of industrial spatial division is come up with division production elements, regional conditions and conditions of environment. It is key factors to divide production elements such as capital, technique and labor. The conditions of regional own and conditions of environment is influential factors, and conditions of environment affects industrial spatial division more clearly. Analysis on the mechanism of industrial spatial division by building multiple linear regression model is done. It Comes to the Conclusion that： The similarity of the conditions of regional own is the objective foundation of the convergence of industrial structure. The market-oriented convergence of foreign capital in the zone is owed to conditions of the global economy and the market-oriented economy. Local protectionism is one of important reasons of undesired convergence along Yangtze River in Jiangsu.
