摘要
本文从空间自相关的角度用Moran’s I统计分析了美国各县1970—2000年制造业和服务业就业的空间变化情况,结果验证了距离美国大都市区中心城市20Km和70km的区域范围内,制造业和服务业的分布呈明显的差异,距离中心城市的远近会影响到产业的集中分布;在全国范围内,产业的扩散表现出区域尺度上的扩散。
Using Moran＇s I statistic method in terms of spatial autocorrelation, The paper analyses the spatial dynamics of manufacturing and service industries across the US counties from 1970 to 2000. The result shows that the industries distribute spatially in the scale of region, which the Northeastern and some Midwestern regions prove to decline both in manufacturing and service industries whereas the growth happens in the Southern regions and the Pacific seaboards as well as the Southwestern regions. In the local scale, the distribution of manufacturing and service industries over the range away from the large agglomerations is not at random, and the results suggests the distribution of industries are related to the different distance away from the central cities of the SMSA in US, which is within 20km and the range between 20kin and 70km, then the proximity to the central cities is the factor to influence the spatial distribution of the manufacturing and service industries.
