摘要
为了提高超低频信号源的频率稳定性,采用DDS(Direct Digital Synthesis,直接数字频率合成)技术,以DDS芯片AD9834为核心,结合C8051F020单片机控制实现超低频信号源的设计。文章给出了软、硬件的实现方法。测试结果表明,该信号源满足过套管电阻率测井对信号的频率及频率稳定度的要求。
In order to improve the frequency stability of the extremely low frequency signal source,the DDS(Direct Digital Synthesizer) technology is adopted to design the extremely low frequency signal source by the DDS chip named AD9834 and the MCU named C8051F020,and the method of hardware and software are given.The result indicates that the signal source′ frequency and the frequency stability all met the requirement of the cased hole formation resistivity.
